Hi there,
I can't see where I would generate a report where I can pull up the web browsing history of a particular user / device / ip / mac address covering custom date/times.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

On XG you find the Reporting section on the left site.
There you can interactiv search for IPs or Usernames.
Most likely you are looking for the Traffic Dashboard in Reports.
It does not cover MAC Addresses, but IPs and Usernames.
