I have access point model AP15c it now not working and I can't connect to it and it doesn't connect to my UTM and the led light is green fixed and dimmed how can I fix it or make it a factory reset if this solves my problem?

Have you tried connecting the AP directly to the UTM, without any switch in the middle?
What does the wireless.log says?

The main problem the Access Point does not give me any response or loading when starting just I put the adapter or POE network cable the LED light fastly become green fixed and dimmed like a picture.
I would recommend you to open a ticket with support and ask for an RMA.
