I have access point model AP15c it now not working and I can't connect to it and it doesn't connect to my UTM and the led light is green fixed and dimmed how can I fix it or make it a factory reset if this solves my problem?

Have you tried connecting the AP directly to the UTM, without any switch in the middle?
What does the wireless.log says?

the file uploaded is a log of the last day it connected with UTM.
I will try to connect it directly but the UTM is not POE I must connect Adapter to it for electric but when I do that no response just the led light is green fixed and dimmed. I don't think this solution gives us any updates but I will.
I tried using the Sophos Flashing Tool but that tool can't connect to the Access Point I think this problem hardware issue or it needs a factory reset but I don't know the way to do that.

The main problem the Access Point does not give me any response or loading when starting just I put the adapter or POE network cable the LED light fastly become green fixed and dimmed like a picture.
I would recommend you to open a ticket with support and ask for an RMA.
