problem waf internal site version 9.306

Problem with internal site waf published in version 9.1 the site works correctly migrated from version 9.306 the site is not responding.

It is worth mentioning that there are two publications with an external waf it runs smoothly and internal causing the problem.

If I go back to version 9.1 the site works correctly
