Publishing IFD MS CRM 2013 deployment with WAF

Hi,

Are there people with experience of publishing Microsoft CRM 2013 as an properly IDF deployment with WAF?

In Microsoft's documentation normally they place an ADFS (or ADFS proxy) in the DMZ together with the CRM Web frontend server, so you have to allow much ports to your LAN (AD,SQL,etc). Also there is a solution to use the new Microsoft 2012(R2) WAP functionality, but for that i want to use the Sophos UTM.
