Cannot Reach Webservers After Reinstall

So I have 2 ESXi hosts which house my 2 Sophos UTMs in HA mode.  I reinstalled the secondary several months ago to redo the network adapters with the newest ESXi adapters.  Today I reinstalled the Master to do the same.  After doing this I am now unable to access some of my backend webservers that run on various ports.  
The ones that I am not able to reach are running on a FreeNAS server and these are the various jails that are running on the server.  So when I try to go to say sickbeard at 192.168.1.162:8081 from my browser it works just fine.  But the firewall is not able to connect to it

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host

I am at a loss here as to what the cause could be.  I've checked the firewall logs and nothing out of the ordinary there.  The webserver log shows this

I know that other servers I have such as splunk which runs on 8000 works just fine.  It almost like Sophos doesn't like the fact that my freenas server has multiple addresses tied back to the same NIC?  Thats about the only conclusion I've been able to draw so far on this.  Thank you all for your help in advance.

    You know what just ignore this lol.  So it turns out I had all of my jails set to the /24 subnet when they should've been on /25.  So simple mistake but hey I'll leave this here in case others come across this.  Funny the old NIC never had an issue with this.
