Form Hardening unusable

When enabling 'Form Hardening' all GET requests with parameters are refused. 
Since my customer require this feature and all its websites are "url parameters based" I read this in the Astaro manual :

It would be best practice to always enable both URL hardening and form hardening because those two functions are complementary [...] such page requests are blocked by form hardening because it expects a signature which is missing [...] The reason why activating both functions solves those issues is that in case either form hardening or URL hardening find that a request is valid, the server accepts the request.


But,

Activating Url hardening (with all possible parametered urls listed) does not resolve anything.

In another hand I find no way to bypass form hardening in spécific paths : exception tab does nothing, adding the rule number in 'Skip WAF rules' does nothing (99003)

So does someone know how god to get form hardening work with parametered urls ??

    Hi, eminet, and welcome to the User BB!

    To be honest, I haven't tried.  Thusfar, I've only configured the basics for customers and instructed them to experiment and use those if they didn't cause problems.

    Your post implies that you are a reseller.  Have you already opened a case with Support?  If you get a good answer, please post it back here!

    Then again, maybe Bruce or Manfred has run into a solution...

    Here is the final response from Astaro support :

    This is a known issue and will be fixed in v8.309 and if v9 is used in v9.009.
    There is no workaround at the moment.
    This is the official known issue text:

    KnownIssueText  Form Hardening blocks request due to missing token, although URL Hardening Exception should allow access.
    KnownIssueWA  No Workaround. If possible disable Form-Hardening.
