OWA IE8 and HTML Rewriting

I have an OWA problem with Exchange 2007 SP3 RU6 and the ASG 220 V8.301.
When I enable "HTML Rewriting" in the virtual Web Server for OWA the MS Interner Explorer 8 show me the following error when i'm using OWA: "Outlook Web Access has encountered a Web browsing error" The Astaro WAF LIVE-Log write „… statuscode="304" reason="-" extra="-" time="393564" url="/owa/8.3.245.1/scripts/premium/unav.js…"
If I use the Firefox webbrowser everything works fine.

When I disable "HTML Rewriting" the IE8 error disappear.
Is this behavior normal?

Possibly, but it depends on your specific setup. Rewriting shouldn't be necessary unless your virtual and real web servers are using different ports.

Both servers (the virtual and real web servers) using the same port (443). Is this incorrect? When I change the port of the real webserver to port 80 the message "403 Forbidden: Access is denied." appear.
