HTTP redirect to site path (Virtual Web server)

Hi,

Is it possible to redirect request to a virtual webserver eq https://mail.domain.com to https://mail.domain.com/owa directly?

Just as the "HTTP redirection" feature in the Windows IIS Web server. The case I'm working on is for OWA and Exchange but also for other websites.
