I have a refurbished SD-RED 20 (Serial Number: R20002HBXC4M8F0) and need the unlock code.

Hi, connect the RED to a serial console and boot into failsafe mode. Mount the filesystem (mount_root) . the unlock code can be found in a config file. /mnt/cfg/astaro/cfg/device_config
