All connection attempts just timeout, including traceroute and ping. I can access the sites from outside, and also through a VPN inside the network. I am not able to find anything in the UTM logs indicating a block. The firewall log and web filter log show nothing. Both sites pass the policy test for web filtering. These are the only websites I am having any issues with. My next step was to contact our ISP to see if it's on their end, but I thought I would ask here first and see if anyone had any ideas, or maybe a better way to diagnose the issue.
