Can't access website

ASG220 UTM on Firmware 9.207-19

I am trying to access two different website from inside our network. They are the following:

https://www.idprotectme247.com/sec/  (12.202.129.136)
https://www.econocheck.com/clients/secure/  (12.202.129.134)

All connection attempts just timeout, including traceroute and ping. I can access the sites from outside, and also through a VPN inside the network. I am not able to find anything in the UTM logs indicating a block. The firewall log and web filter log show nothing. Both sites pass the policy test for web filtering. These are the only websites I am having any issues with. My next step was to contact our ISP to see if it's on their end, but I thought I would ask here first and see if anyone had any ideas, or maybe a better way to diagnose the issue.

    Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

    I tried this behind a UTM 9.206-35 with Web Filtering in AD-SSO Standard scanning HTTPS and had no problem.  Does #1 in Rulz give you any clues?

    Thank you for the response but not luck with Rule #1, and our logs don't show anything either. If I run a traceroute to the site from windows I show some default drops on 136 UDP to the IP but I assume that's just the netbios.

    Hi, i think there are two possible issues. First, is it possible that you have a Routing Problem in your backbone? Second a local Client issue. I have seen such problems on Clients that use an ISA Firewall Client or maybe you use sophos endpoint with web Protection.

    My test above was from a machine with a Sophos Endpoint behind a Proxy using Avira in single-scan.

    all works here..traceroutes look fine.  If this issue persists do a trace to them and see where the traffic dies.

    Last good hop is inside their network. I think they have to be blocking me somewhere. I'm going to contact their support. Thanks for the input everyone.
