RST Packet Drops

Hello everyone,

We have a customer who want to access with HTTPS port. They have connection problem for a while sometimes. When i check the logs i see drop packets like in this ss. I research about this but i can not understand completely. Do you think the connection problem is related to this drop package? In that case what can i do?

You need to paste the log errors, as this screenshot doesn't tell us anything about the issue.

I deleted a rule before this rule so its 66. rule now.

Are you trying to connect to a local server using its fqdn or wan ip from a local client? The issue is unclear.
