How to migrate Database reporting and hotsport

There is some procedure to export the base of reports and hotspot to a new utm or to an error of the base when giving a rebuild to be able to restore this support

Thanks but the query is how I can migrate the base of reports ie the user navigation reports and the tikects of the hotspot to a new appliance utm since when the backup is passed these bases are lost

Hi,

My suggestion is to archive the logs and extract the logs from the UTM or you need to raise a support case. Again, it is not guaranteed that the migration will be feasible.
