Sophos UTM 9 Home licensing issue

My Sophos UTM 9 Home says that my license expired. It still works as a firewall but I cannot use my mail server that is behind the firewall, nor my wife or kids. I have to create a new account for Sophos from my work e-mail. I received new license, installed, but I still cannot make those services work. For example when I go to e-mail protection and SMTP, I can see it disabled and message says: Licensing Info - This page is disabled as you either do not have a relevant subscription or the relevant subscription has expired!

How can I prolongue subscription? What can I do?

Can you advise please? I will not even get notification if someone answers to my question. :-(
