My Sophos SG-115 rev2 firewall cannot detect Huawei E3276s-920 4G LTE USB modem

Harsh, the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) was moved and is now unfindable.

Here's the USB Compatibility List for XG.  If your dongle isn't on that list, it certainly won't be supported by UTM.
