Admin will not be able to quickly access the remote UTM in order to make admin changes with the SSO feature.

We are severly affected as we have more than 380 UTM connected to our SUM.
You can easily understand, it's a real pain to get the webadmin login for all these UTM individually.

Hello - Are there any updates on the estimated time of repair on this issue? We have several UTMs that are remote to our location, the furthest being over 1,000 away, and we are not able to travel to all locations to physically access the firewalls.

You should be able to access the UTM if you refresh the page you should get the login, you would need the Admin credentials as SSO is not working.
As the estimated time of repair UTM dev is targeting a fix for next week!

As i said earlier, we manage more than 380 UTM affected and it would take ages to update each by hand.
Can you speed up the process of getting 9.705 to deployment "phase 2" (asking someone who can) ?
It can enable us to trigger the up2date from SUM
