How to fix wrongly categorized websites.

Question

Hello, 
 I'm seeking guidance on how to request a website category change. Certain websites currently fall into the uncategorized category, causing policy blocks within my network as I've designated them. 
 Moreover, I noticed the absence of a URL category lookup feature. It would be immensely helpful to have this functionality added. 
 Additionally, I'd like to explore the implementation of time-based policies. There are instances where users request specific sites to be blocked during weekdays but inaccessible only during office hours. Conversely, these sites should be allowed access on weekends. 
 Lastly, I believe it would be beneficial to have insights into client bandwidth utilization and the purposes for which they are using it like category and URL. 
 These are the suggestions I wanted you to look forward.

 Regarding your question on reporting bandwidth utilization, this is not really possible with a DNS-based solution. The service only sees the DNS requests and cannot monitor the subsequent connections. You can get this kind of data visibility from a Sophos Firewall at the edge of your network. In future we plan to offer a cloud-based web gateway solution that will inspect actual web traffic, which will be able to provide more detailed insights.
