did you configure a Firewall Rule "VPN to LAN, <SSL VPN Pool> to <IP of RDP Destination> Allow RDP"?

The settings of the firewall you can see in the pictures

there are missing same setting o wrong ????

XG needs to be your default gateway on your RDP server. Otherwise you will have to do some masquerading to internal network.

Please check if your Definition "Remote VPN Range OAs" is correct.

Configure >> VPN >> Show VPN Settings

if your definitions are OK (maybe try Source:"Zone VPN,  Any Network") you can add Masquerading as Billybob suggested to avoid routing Issues.

and Please Check "Tunnel Access" Settings in your SSL VPN Profile.

The service definition is not ok.

Source ports usually are random high ports, so change i n your RDP service source port to 1024:65535
