Hi all, We have CR100ING at a customer site (with sophos fw:16.05.0.GA). We are experincing problem. Active Directory sync is working without a problem on Ethernet. Users can go online with SSO authentication. When same user disconnects from Ethernet and connects via WIFI he loseses internet connection. To solve this problem we enabled NTLM Authentication (figure below) and assigned group policy. NTLM authentication is also working fine. After a while users complain about no internet connection again and when we check them, they are NTLM authenticated, but they are listed as $ on active users page on firewall. All these users are experiencing this problem when they switch from Ethernet to WIFI. We could not get a solution from Sophos Turkey or Sophos Global support. We ended up disabling NTLM authentication. Users still have no internet connection when they disconnect from Ethernet and switch WIFI. We need help with this. Thanks for help.
