Sandstorm not registering

Hello, I just tried setting up the trial for Sandstorm and everything appeared to be good.  But its not actually allowing me to apply the Sandstorm settings, telling me i need a subscription.  I've attached some screenshots that show I have done that, is synched, but not quite applying.  However in Control Center it is showing activity?

 

Only thing I haven't tried is rebooting the XG, but I'd have to wait till after hours.

  • UPDATE** . Must have been something on the backend.  Its working now after letting it sit for a few hours.

    • I had the SAME issue, it turns out a reboot of the device sorted it out promptly.

      I don't think this is desired behaviour.

      When in doubt, Script it out.

    • If you log in to WebAdmin while there is no sandstorm license, then the system gets a license, you need to either hard-refresh (Control-F5) or log out/in before some of the controls will see the license.  I think this may be true for any licensing.

        When I try to start the 30 day trial, I do not even get the option to register it in device management, it just shows the already registered licenses . (see pic).

         

        Any advice? Thanks!
