Connect Client not displaying connection information

Hi Folks,

when we deploy the Sophos Connect Client and provision it with the .pro file no connection information is displayed when using IPsec.
With SSL all is fine.

However when importing the .scx file directly, the IPSec connection information are shown.

Tested it with Connect Client 2.3 and 2.4.

Is this a known bug?

Is there a workaround to display the information using provisioning workflow?

    Hi,

    just want to report back real quick.

    Sophos Support investigated, could reproduce issue and were able to provide a "workaround".

    And it is hilarious!

    Turns out, this issue only arise, if your connection name ("display_name" in the provisioning file") includes the string "vpn".

    If it does not, all connection information does get displayed correctly.
