Best practice for access to spam quarantine from WAN

Hello everyone,

I have migrated my previous spam solution to the one from Sophos - so far this seems to work but some of my email users are in front on my firewall/on the WAN site.

My intention was to allow access to the User portal via WAN but I am unsure if this is best practice or if there is a better solution.

VPN would be out of scope as some of my external email users are not too much into technical stuff and they just want to release a false positive email.
