Firewall URL Category lookup Problem

Hello, 
 I'm currently unable to use URL category lookup (The URL category lookup process failed and we were unable to get a category.) for ant website and this is effecting users with web filtering. Pinging and nslookup are working normally. what troubleshooting steps should I take? I tried changing the DNS but that didn't help. 
 Firewall: XGS3100 (SFOS 21.0.0 GA-Build169)

Hello AGamal , 
 Thank you for your time over chat. It is found that the upstream proxy was enabled and that was causing an issue. We disabled it and later it started to work.
