How to completely block porn websites using Sophos Web Policy?

Hi 
 I am facing an issue with the Sophos Web Policy on XGS. I want to completely block porn websites. I followed the steps to create a web policy&mdash;first, I created user activities and added relevant categories as per the policy. It is working well, but not fully. Some porn websites are blocked as per the Sophos category, but some are still accessible. How can I block them entirely?

Please post a copy of your policy. 
 Also please revise logviewer to ensure all traffic is going through your block rule. 
 There are some sites that are not classified as porn that get through, there was an earlier thread on blocking these, please search the forum.

... or you could submit your URL that did come through at your site and ask for a (re-) categorization
