I would like, as per the instructions on docs.sophos.com/.../index.html, to provide a Sophos (XGS126) firewall with a fresh image.
I've just downloaded the new version of Firewall OS (version 21.0 MR1, build 237) and put it on a USB but as soon as I put the USB stick in the Sophos (it doesn't matter if it's the front or the back) the Sophos just boots up and the process is not started. At no point do the lights flash red or turn red.
USB sticks with older firmware versions don't work either.
I used a similar USB stick just two weeks back to successfully provide an XGS88 with a clean image.
The firewall itself is on the second latest version (21.0 GA, build 169) and the SSD firmware is also up to date.
What could be the problem?
