We're testing the ability to use RADIUS Server as Authentication server for our SSL VPN Remote Access. We are using JumpCloud's RADIUS server and we've integrated it with Sophos Firewall.
When you Test Connection in Sophos, this is successful. So we created a bunch of users in JumpCloud's RADIUS Server. When a user try to sign in to the VPN they get this response on their Sophos Connect
Upon checking in JumpCloud's logs. The authentication was successful. I had to disable secure methods because Sophos uses PAP as authentication method

However, in Sophos, I'm getting this error
I think it's due to mismatch in authentication method hence why I want to change from PAP to MSCHAPSv2
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
