Migration From XG210 to XGS2100

Hello:

I am in the final steps of migrating from an HA XG 210 to and XGS 2100 following this link:

Both devices are running the same firmware (XG210 (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378) and they are all visible in Sophos Central. When I go to restore the backup from the XG to the XGS on Sophos Central the Backup and Firmware page just sits there with a spinning circle:

If I back out of this screen, nothing has been updated. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.
