Sophos Home Firewall registration consider my license as a 'Temporary Serail Number'

Hello all,

I am trying to register the Home Firewall License. I login in the firewall using web administration and I go in System>Administration then click on 'click here' to register...

Then I enter my serial number, click on 'continue" and dialog bow appears which it mention that : 'Device cannot be activated for a temporary serial number' (flaged in red in the screenshot below).

I request a new home firewall licence - replace my old serial number with the new one (start with V01001....) - but the error is still the same.

Would you please tell me what to do to end up with registration process.
