ERR_TIMED_OUT on some websites.

Hi, I'm wondering why some websites (in this case rapidgator.net) are not reachable from within our network. I can ping the url and the i ip is resolved, however i can't browse to the site - every browser gives me ERR_TIMED_OUT, i tried different PC's and different browsers.

I can't find any firewall rule that would prevent us from visiting these sites, logs however show me:

Can anyone help me figure out why this seems to be blocked?

Hello,

Have you tried checking the results from Policy Tester? https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/21.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Diagnostics/Tools/PolicyTest/index.html

Did you check the other Log viewer component Web Filter, IPS and their results?

Also, try creating a top FW rule (test rule) without any Web Filter, IPS, or app control and see if you can access.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

From the policy tester when i choose Test Method: Firewall, SSL/TLS and web it sais: Blocked

When i choose Test Method: Web policy only it sais: Allowed

The Log Viewer shows no results when i filter for IPS or web filter.

I added a test rule on top position with no settings but allow LAN to WAN, no change:
