In SFOS v20, there was a bug where Cloudflare DDNS statuses would not show up properly in the GUI or in reports. I forget the issue number, but I remember seeing it was addressed in v20 MR3.
BUT between the time of v20 GA and v20 MR3, v21 came out, and it's not clear whether that issue was resolved in v21. In current v21, it appears that the issue is fixed -- at least the GUI part. But it's not listed as fixed in the release notes. (There were a lot, so I might've missed it.) This leaves you wondering if the issue exists in v21 until an MR that's released after v20 MR3 was released.
Not necessarily a big deal in this case, since it's mainly just confusing, though it is a problem if you are trying to set up DDNS and get something wrong and you can't see the status to know what went wrong. So just throwing this out there as a potential Sophos internal Issue tracking improvement.
(As a follow-on, there was a secondary issue that's more of a feature request: your Cloudflare DDNS tool wants the Master Key for the entire account, which is old-school and Cloudflare has created a DNS sub-key so that you could do things like DDNS without over-credentialing. Not sure if that was tracked at all.)
Clarified the MRs
