Hi,

I have a Sophos firewall appliance (SFV2C4) hosted virtually in Azure.

I have been trying to get the backups of the VM working but it continues to fail.

I found this thread from 3 years ago that says you can't back it up and I am just checking if this is still true.

The firewall is running an old version (SFOS 18.x.x - Yes, I know, I only recently took over it.) and I would really like to get a backup before applying the updates to current release. If it was on the current release, would that fix my backup issue?

I was thinking as an alternative I could take a snapshot so I could revert if I brick it but I haven't been able to locate the disk for the system (yet).
