XGS 2100 Zero Touch Deployment Stuck In Waiting For Deployment

Hello:

I am trying to deploy a Sophos XGS 2100 for the first time using Zero Touch. The firewall is running Sophos  (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378). I have connected Port 2/WAN to our network and done the configuration on Sophos Central. It has been showing "Waiting for deployment for over 72 hours now. How do I troubleshoot this? Thank you!
