It will be considered as non authenticated user traffic. Unauthenticated user traffic falls under it.

You need to authenticate your users with the Sophos through AD integration or by creating the users locally in the firewall.

i do that and still appear Unauthenticated user

Just make sure that you don't have any LAN/DMZ to WAN rule without user identity. If there are no such rule and if you still see. I suggest raise the support case to investigate it further.

if i have a dmz how can make authenticated connection?

You need to add DMZ to WAN firewall with match known user and enabling show captive portal to unknown users.
