Hi Kiran Jedhe , 17716 is the email alert id when the IPsec tunnel is made Up. Usually, we don't see such email alerts unless either s2s or remote access IPsec tunnel is configured and made Up. Please post if you see this email alert repeatedly; you can DM the SFOS access-id to look at it futher.
Yes, I have raised a case ID to the Sophos support team. But no response there side.

Upon checking the case, I found that it was transferred to the India region an hour ago. I've reached out to the newly assigned case handler regarding the said issue and will further check.
