Ipsec tunnel is up alert on mail.

Received the below alert by mail but such is no configuration or any log found on the firewall.

Any one idea about this.

Hello Kiran,

The alert message 17716 suggest alert for the VPN.Do you have any VPN configured on the firewall?

You may refer the same below:

No, We do not have this tunnel.sdwan debugging will affect my traffic or firewall load capacity.

because this alert is not a fixed timestamp.

Yes, I have raised a case ID to the Sophos support team. But no response there side.

Upon checking the case, I found that it was transferred to the India region an hour ago. I've reached out to the newly assigned case handler regarding the said issue and will further check.
