XG Home - Services Stopped

Hello all,

I've had my XG Home appliance setup and registered since Sept 1, 2023 without issue, everything was green on the dashboard\home page.

Today, these two services are stopped and refuse to start stating that I need an Intercept X license to enable.

AFAIK, I've never had that license or a trial to the license whatsoever, yet things remained green and running. I've seen similar posts saying this feature isn't an option with the XG Home license, but it seemed to run fine until today. Performing a date calculation this would be exactly 300 days since registration... Currently running SFVH (SFOS 20.0.1 MR-1-Build342)

I'm trying to figure out if this is a service that was running and shouldn't have been, some sort of trial license, or if there is a problem that I need to address.

I would like my dashboard green again :-)
