Hello All, 
 Recently we are facing issue while installing sophos connect attached snip for your reference .please verify it and provide solution and help me to resolve this issue.

 This issue is being tracked under NCL-1844 
 External KB: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000046097?language=en_US Workaround 
 Before installing Sophos Connect Client 2.3, the VC runtime must be installed. Download Link: aka.ms/.../vc_redist.x86.exe

Hi Pradeep - We were able to reproduce the issue in-house. Looks like the required VC runtime environment is not present on your machine. Before installing the SCC 2.3, can you install this VC runtime - https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and try installing the SCC 2.3 again. This should help resolve the issue. Please let us know what's the status after you do this.
