Recently we are facing issue while installing sophos connect attached snip for your reference .please verify it and provide solution and help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi   - We were able to reproduce the issue in-house. Looks like the required VC runtime environment is not present on your machine. Before installing the SCC 2.3, can you install this VC runtime - https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and try installing the SCC 2.3 again. This should help resolve the issue. Please let us know what's the status after you do this.
