Report those who use a specific application such as anydesk

Hello everyone,
I was trying to understand how to make a report of who uses a specific application like Anydesk.
In the report I find various categories but I don't understand how to specify the report for a specific application.

    please look at reports on the XG or reports on CM. The reports on CM might require a paid account to get the details you require.

    In the meantime please checkout XG reporting as an example below.

      This way I can have a greater number of applications reported. However, I don't understand why the use of Anydesk is not reported, since I'm sure it is used.

        Could be multiple reasons; Anydesk traffic is likely encrypted. So for the firewall to detect this traffic as being anydesk (and not just a stream of encrypted data) you should be decrypting SSL-traffic or also use Sophos enpoint security so the endpoint can inform the firewall of applications used (synchronized applications).

          There is a possibility that there haven't been many hits and the count is lower and does not make it into the 50 application list.
