Sophos SSLVPN and DUO

Question

Hi everyone, 
 I have Sophos SSLVPN working with DUO tokens. The user types in their password adds a comma and then token number. 
 What I would like to do is use the provisioning file to add a seperate input box to add the duo token number. It just makes it easier for our vpn users. 
 Whenever I follow the example, it gives me a OTP input box and also a captcha string and input box. 
 This fails to authenticate. The example doesn't mention the captcha input and I wonder if this is why its failing.

Hi Richard, 
 Is the IPsec VPN still being used? if not, can you try to disable it, then try to redownload if you are still going to get the profile?

 For adding of separate input box,kindly try the following KB which might assist you 
 
 Sophos Firewall: Enable separate (3rd) input box for SSLVPN MFA instead of Password+OTP.
