user removal via api not working

I already referred all thses links. API script is exact as per older post discussions. In that post the person is able to delete user after altering the script. But in my case script is correct reply getting is 200 but still user not getting Deleted

Hi Anuradha Kore  In order to delete the user via API, still username must be specified between tags <Name></Name> which is mandatory. Please ensure you have set that filed as per requirement else it will not delete the user.

If the filed is proper then please post sample API query getting used by you to delete the user, so I can review the same.
