Thank you for reaching out to the community, can you share a screenshot of the configuration you configured? 

The last Cofig generated with "Server Access Assistant (DNAT)"

And have you tried to select MASQ under the translated source NAT and then checked ?

yes same Problem, but i just saw in the logs: the last accepted NAT Rule for my test was the "Default SNAT IPv4" !!!

Please check the traffic flow as below 

Go to MONITOR & ANALYZE || Diagnostics || Packet Capture, enter string as host <public IP> and port <port number>

And from CLI check  drop packets

The packet capture and drop command will help you to find the root causing the issue
