How to connect 2 Firewall Routers to each other having 2 different ISPs connected on each?

Hi everyone! New with Networking.

Is it possible to connect another router with a different ISP to my existing architecture? Please refer to the diagram below.

The purpose of the "to be implemented architecture" is to allocate all the bandwidth coming from the ISP2 to the X Department.

Questions/Concerns
1. Is it possible to implement the diagram above? Also, can you tell me how?

2. Is it also possible to let the X Department be connected on the network printer connected on the Distribution Switch 1,2, and 3?

3. Is it also possible to configure the routers so that the X Department can access the NAS Server located on the Existing Architecture?
