create sophos central ips policies allow and recommended

Hello,

we have Sophos Central to manage our 4 XG Firewalls (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380)

Within the policie I would like to use the Recommended settings but also some Allow Packets.

When the IPS policies are published to the firewalls they are not in the right order.

Also managing the IPS policies in Sophos central you can not move this in different order.

Even some IPS policies are published empty

What can be wrong or is this a bug?
