Quick question: If my Sophos XG license expire the IPSec site to site tunnels will go down? Or the base license includes this feature?

VPN is included in the base license for Sophos XG, you shouldn't run into any issues if with this if your license were to expire.

Authentication with AD credentials will also continue to work with the base license.
