Icons broken/missing on Firewall config page

The icons on the Firewall page are suddenly broken. Any suggestions?

    Very strange - I opened the GUI in an incognito window to make sure adblockers and the like weren't interfering - same result (i.e. missing icons).

    However, after reloading the page a number of times to see if I could find any errors in the network panel of the Dev Tools the icons suddenly appeared...

    Curious - icons are now gone again (incognito Chrome browser - no plugins).

    Just checked IE - icons are showing without a problem.
