sophos connect admin usage for vpn config

desktop = win10 build 17134.407

first time attempting sophos connect vpn setup loosely following https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/133109 & https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-connect/help/en-us/PDF/scon_h.pdf

i have entered settings into the xg web interface vpn connect page, applied, exported.  the web interface doesnt retain or display the entered settings again upon browsing away and back into the page but i think that may be normal at this stage of eap(?).  what would cause this cannot convert error attempting to open the tgb file from the scadmin app on the desktop?

    I am not quite the "Windows" specialist. Do you use some kind of Anti virus? Can you reproduce it with another client? 

    Used the scadmin quite a lot, never saw this  issue before...
