Greylisting and Office 365 senders

Hi,

we're experiencing some issues with receiving emails from different Office 365 senders if we activate Greylisting in MTA mode. We're running SFOS 17.1.0.

Microsoft uses with every delivery attempt a new IP, so emails are sometimes delayed >24h. Often it's just luck when an email is delivered.

For my point of view, a greylisting exception for *.outbound.protection.outlook.com is needed. But the XG doesn't allow wildcards in the exception settings:

Has someone another solution how to solve this problem?

Thanks,

Daniel

PS: I've already raised an idea for this: ideas.sophos.com/.../34719295-allow-wildcards-for-sources-hosts-spam-check-exc
