How to get the Firmware and Documentation
Sophos Firewall OS v19.0 MR3 is a free upgrade for all licensed Sophos Firewall customers.
Sophos Firewall OS v19.0 MR3 is a fully supported upgrade from all previous versions of v19.0 and all previous versions of v18.5. Upgrade from v19.0 MR3 to 19.5 is NOT supported at present; the same will be supported when we release 19.5 MR3 in near future. Please refer to the Upgrade Information tab in the release notes for more details.
You can manually download SFOS v19.0 MR3 from the Licensing Portal and update anytime. v19.0 MR3 will NOT be pushed as an in-product update until we release 19.5 MR3 in the near future.

The Importance of Updating and Upgrading:
It is critically important for your network security that you keep all your firewall devices up to date, preferably on the latest MR of v19.5; or at least the latest MR of v19.0, as every release of SFOS includes important security fixes. We know many customers have devices running old, end-of-life, and unsupported firmware releases that are putting their networks at risk – make sure you check all your Sophos Firewall devices and update them.
